HUMMUS goes extramuros! We are very happy to announce that we will be organising a Level 3 course in London, extended with online sessions, in collaboration with Tribe UK.

The three-day Level 3 Course (see below for all dates) is an advanced level training that builds on the learnings of CoResolve or DD Level 2 course and focuses on going deeper below the waterline by teaching Step 5 tools such as amplification, argument, polarisation and conflict resolution.

The course will also help you to learn more about the way in which conflict affects you as a facilitator.
The program is a combination of theory and practice and will place a strong focus on your experience within the group. You will be able to continue to practice your facilitation skills in the group and develop your neutrality muscle through personal awareness.

This program specifically focuses on:
  • Reflective Listening: Practice a listening tool for deepening a person's understanding about an issue they are facing.
  • Amplification: Learn about the different levels of amplification and when to apply each style.
  • Polarisation: Understand when to polarise a group and how to do it effectively.
  • Stages of Conflict: An explanation about the theory of conflict management and a diagnostic to recognise the escalation.

COURSE INFORMATION
The programme will be delivered over 3 days, with a combination of online and in-person sessions.
